Smart Trips, a program of the Knoxville Regional Transportation Planning Organization, serves the urbanized areas of Knox, Blount, Sevier, Jefferson, and Anderson Counties. The Smart Trips Program is funded by the US Department of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Knox County, the ALCOA Foundation and Tennessee Valley Bicycles.

Smart Trips Waiver of Liability

Participants are completely responsible for the operation of carpools and participation in any Smart Trips programs.
